Documents required for Singapore Visa.
- Passport: Original Passport with two blank pages and it should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel. (Hand written not acceptable)
- Old passport (if available) – if misplaced or damaged need to mention in covering letter
- Photograph: Two matt-finished, coloured photographs with white background. It should be a 80% face close up and 35mm x 45mm in size. The photograph should not be older than 3 months. (Tip – Do not wear white-coloured clothes while clicking the photo and without Spectacles).
- Application Form: A Visa Application Form that is completely filled and signed by the Applicant in hand written. (Tip –Use only Blue pen to fill the form; overwriting /using whitener is not allowed.) Applicant must sign across the photo in the application form, the signature should be done below the neck without damaging the face.
- Cover Letter: Covering letter on letterhead of the company addressed to ‘The Visa Officer, Consulate General of Singapore, Chennai stating name of the applicant, designation, nationality, passport number, purpose of visit, period of stay with dates and saying that all the expenses including medical, boarding and lodging will be borne by the company. It should also contain the name and designation of the authorised signatory with Company Seal. In the covering letter include “Hereby we acknowledge that we are aware that we need to carry either a valid VTP (Vaccinated Travel Pass) or an ALE (Approval Letter of Entry) approval, as applicable, along with the valid visa copy, while travelling to Singapore. Otherwise we would not be allowed to enter Singapore”
- Bank Statement (Should be in A4 sheet with Bank Seal & Manager Signature): Updated Bank Statement of the last 6 months, An applicant who intend to stay in Singapore for 1 week or less than one week must show a minimum balance of INR 30,000/- in the bank account per person
- Latest 3 month pay slip and Job confirmation letter for employers
- IT Returns for latest 3 years
- Confirmed return Air tickets
- Accommodation proof
